You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

There is absolutely no right of return for goods prepared according to the buyer's requests and/or explicitly tailored to their personal needs.

Before returning your items, you must email us at info@irmoletti.shop. Do not return anything without contacting irmoletti Design & Store first, as this will prolong the processing time.

We do not offer free returns unless the product is defective. Please note that you are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us until they reach us.
